We set levels, compact the subgrade and move water off the site before the finished surfaces go down, so what you see on the surface stays level, dry and crack-free.

Clay-heavy soils and sloping blocks are common through Wollondilly, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands. Clay moves as it wets and dries, and slopes push water towards your house. We plan levels, falls and drainage around each site rather than using one standard detail everywhere.

Do I need council approval?
Some work does, such as stormwater connections, driveway crossovers and larger cuts. We'll tell you what applies on your site and we can help with the council approvals and engineering.
Can you fix a yard that floods?
Yes. We find where the water is coming from and where it can legally go, then install drainage to suit.
